Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Promise
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we're here to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
Because prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for your prescription, they are not eligible for return or refund. If you experience a problem with your lenses, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We'll be happy to work with you to find a solution, including a remake or replacement if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt. We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@youtopoptical.com. We'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it has been received.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Please do not send returns to the sender's address. Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with our U.S. return address.
If you're returning a defective or damaged item, we'll cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
