SECTION 5A – 90-DAY WORRY-FREE FRAME WARRANTY

We offer a 90-Day Worry-Free Frame Warranty on eyeglass frames purchased through our website.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or frame failure under normal use within 90 days from the date of delivery. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the frame.

This warranty applies to frames only.

Prescription lenses are custom-made to the customer’s specifications and are not eligible for return or refund, including due to incorrect prescription or measurement information entered by the customer at checkout.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear beyond structural defects.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
