Order Processing

Because every pair of prescription lenses is custom manufactured, processing times vary depending on your prescription and selected lens options.

  • Frame Only Orders: Usually ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Single Vision Prescription Orders: Usually ship within 1–4 business days.
  • High Prescription, Progressive, or Specialty Lens Orders: Usually ship within 3–7 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on prescription complexity, production requirements, or order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–12 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 3–4 business days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or carrier-related delays outside our control.

Shipping Carriers

  • Standard Shipping: YanWen Express, China Post, USPS, Canada Post, and other local delivery partners.
  • Expedited Shipping: FedEx or UPS.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.

Shipping Origin

All orders are manufactured and shipped directly from our production facility in China.

We proudly ship to customers worldwide, with limited country exclusions due to carrier availability or customs restrictions.
